Accepting these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Engagements for workshops or programs are governed by the separate written agreement provided for that engagement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the engagement agreement controls.
Educational scope
Nourished Revival provides corporate wellness education. The information on this site and in its workshops and programs is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease, nor is it medical advice. Because every person is unique on a biochemical level, Nourished Revival cannot guarantee any specific result. Employees should consult their own healthcare provider about individual medical concerns.
Use of the site and content
The text, design, images, and marks on this site are owned by Nourished Revival and are provided for your information. You may not copy, republish, sell, or reproduce the site's content for commercial use without written permission. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation.
Scheduling and third-party tools
The site uses Calendly to let you book a conversation and may link to other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Nourished Revival is not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nourished Revival does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though it makes reasonable efforts to keep the site working and current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourished Revival is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
